Fire Protection

  • Class E Fire Alarm system include: Fire Wardens located on each floor, pull boxes, smoke detectors, speakers, strobe lights, and an “All Call” public address system.
  • There are 2 stairwells in the building allowing for proper evacuation, Stair “A” and Stair “B”.
  • Fire reserve is supplied from a house tank with a capacity of 10,000 gallons, 3,500 gallons for fire reserve, a sprinkler tank with the capacity of 10,000 gallons, and a pressure tank with a capacity of 7,500 gallons.
  • The command center for the fire alarm is located in the lobby.
